my experience at this absolutely great hotel was really enjoyable. the staff members were all polite and affable. peaceful location, it was just off pattaya as well as a beach. the food they offered was excellent, had a lot of meals.

The beautiful suite was spacious with a very comfortable bed and plenty of tv channels. They provided free bottled water and coffee daily, a nice touch. The sauna and spa area were perfect, and the pool was enjoyable too.

I was almost ready to give a good review, but then i found fleas on the bed and noticed the pool was just absoluteley filthy. I expected someone to immediately cater to my needs, instead, i got the cold shoulder from staff. Definitely not the stay i anticipated at this so-called hotel, what a disappointment!

So the staff was very friendly and great. Plus, the free pool table in the restaurant/bar was a nice touch. Breakfast was ok too, not bad. It has potential but needs some updates.

The room was super dark and old, and the bathroom had issues with grime. The wifi barely worked.

I enjoyed my time as the studio apartment was spacious and clean, and I loved taking late-night swims in the pool all by myself. It felt relaxing.
